Chapter 253
After saying that, Dallas abruptly hung up the phone.
The number called several more times, but he hung up each time. Eventually, feeling annoyed, Dallas just put
the phone on silent.
20 minutes later, their vehicle returned to the precinct.
After getting out of the car, Yolanda was taken into a small interrogation room inside the station.
Sean and Dallas entered, displaying the arrogance and bullying typical of those in power. They turned on the
glaring overhead light and began their aggressive questioning.
"Name.
"Age.

"Why are you practicing medicine illegally?
"How much have you swindled so far?"
This interrogation method seemed intimidating, but for Yolanda, the top assassin from a world-class assassin
academy, it was nothing more than a tactic to scare inexperienced people.
Sean and Dallas wanted to intimidate Yolanda into confessing, but she remained completely silent despite their
shouting for over ten minutes.
"You better cooperate! You might still get a reduced sentence for your crimes if you do. Otherwise..."
Sean picked up a cup and took a sip of coffee. Smirking ominously, he said, "You're still young. You wouldn't want
to spend the next eight to ten years in prison, would you?"
Yolanda glanced at Sean but still didn't speak.
They had deliberately destroyed her documents. Even if she wanted to reason with them, they would find other
excuses to slander her. So, she decided not to waste any more words on these two bullies.
"You think we can't find out what you've done just because you're not talking?" Dallas slammed the table
impatiently, pulling out the usual tactics for interrogating suspects.
"Confess now! If you don't cclean, we'll find out anyway, and it'll be worse for you. It could even implicate
your family. Think carefully. You're just an adopted daughter of the Henderson family. You could end up being
thrown out."
When Yolanda heard this, she lifted her gaze at Dallas and realized they had thoroughly investigated her
background.
This only solidified her belief that people were pulling the strings behind Sean and Dallas.
"Still trying to hold out? | guess you won't yield until you see the consequences." Sean was getting anxious.
It had been about half an hour since Yolanda was locked in the interrogation room, and she hadn't said a word. If
this continued, it would actually be detrimental to them.
After all, Sean had dirtied Willow Creek Clinic's licenses and documents, which was against proper procedures.

earlier mistake.
But no matter how much he and Dallas pressured or tempted her, Yolanda's reaction remained calm. She
leisurely sipped from her cup of water, appearing unhurried and unafraid, as if she were enjoying afternoon tea
rather than being interrogated.
"Yolanda, if you don't start being honest, I'll have to use special methods!" Dallas’ last bit of patience was
wearing thin.
The precinct used the so-called "special methods" tactics against sly suspects unwilling to confess. Yolanda was
disgusted that he would apply these methods to a young lady.
Just then, a flurry of footsteps echoed from outside the interrogation room, and a knock sounded on the door.
"Cin!" Dallas shouted with a frown.
His subordinate hurried in. "Chief Marquez, we've investigated these people's identities."
"Oh? Then tell me. Let's see if someone still harbors any delusions of hope!" Dallas shot a glance at Yolanda,
implying his point.
"Your companions are smart. They confessed early to avoid more serious consequences," Dallas said smugly.
